The New US 31 Plymouth to South Bend CAC met for the sixth time on March 22, 2010. The focus of the CAC meeting was to inform the CAC of the design changes, which includes the elimination of the US 20 interchange and Scott Street overpass – from the project. The CAC also received an update on construction and the dates for the June 22 open house.
